Larry Birkhead had been trying to get his paternity rights establish from the moment ANS told the world she was pregnant. Now he gets to tell the world, "I told you so" and to laugh off all naysayers who thought the man was a publicity whore.
I have to tell you, Howard K. Stern is such a repellent human being I am happy he lost. He gladly aided and abbeted the addictions that killed both Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. I am glad, nay, ecstatic the dumped boyfriend is the winner in the DNA challenge.
Next? Custody rights.
The big question is, will ANS's mother fight Larry for custody. I am going to take a guess that she will not.
I guess it's time to watch this Birkhead's "Access Hollywood" eulogy with fresh, unbiased eyes ...

You know you can't wait to know who's Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy. Is it the unctuous Howard K. Stern or true believer, Larry Birkenhead.

In a recent interview Robert Duvall candidly spoke about his (lack of) reproductive prowess. The 76-year-old is on his fourth marriage, has a bit of a history as one of Hollywood's great womanizers yet somehow has never been hit with a paternity suit.
"I guess I'm shooting blanks".
He's even admitted trying to become a father, "with a lot of different women, in and out of marriage". His woes of futile spermination continue with his 4th and current wife, Luciana Pedraza.
Just to knock down the myth that men don't get the daddy blues, he admitted "I thought of adoption", but has not discussed it with his current wife, Luciana Pedraza.
Awwwww.
Now that his wife is all grown up, I guess he wants another young'un in the house.
A bit of gossip trivia : Duvall is a bit of a tango freak who's been travelling to Argentina for years to get his Gardel fix.
He met Luciana, who is 40 years his senior about 10 years ago, in 1997. If she is 35 years now, that means she was about 25 years old when they met; and, to his own admission, 20 years older than her dad. "When I called up and met her father over the phone, he says, ‘Well now, I don’t know whether to call you father or son,’".
